Chop 1 kilogram of beef brisket and 1 kilogram of beef shank into cubes.

Boil the beef shank and brisket for 1 hour and 20 minutes, then remove from the pot.

Prepare a wok and add 4 tablespoons of coriander, 4 star anise, 2 black cardamom, 1 cinnamon stick, and 1 tablespoon of black pepper. Toast until fried red.
