Add melted butter to the graham cracker crumbs and mix until combined, then set aside.

In a bowl, add 2 packages of room temperature cream cheese and beat with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.

Add sweetened condensed milk to the cream cheese and whip until combined.

Chop fresh strawberries and place them in a bowl.

Add a few teaspoons of sugar to the strawberries (optional) and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, then toss to combine.

In individual glasses, layer the cheesecake mixture, graham cracker crumble, and sweetened strawberries.

Repeat the layers once more in each glass.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
