Melt 100 grams of plain chocolate in a bowl over boiling water.

Cream 100 grams of butter with 100 grams of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Crack 4 eggs into the butter and sugar mixture and beat well.

Pour in 75 grams of ground almonds and mix.

Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and combine well.

Sift in 50 grams of plain flour, 50 grams of corn flour, and 2 teaspoons of baking powder, then mix together.
