Activate the yeast by adding yeast, sugar, and warm water in a bowl, stir well, and set aside for 5 minutes.
In a larger bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, salt, and black sesame seeds.
Add the activated yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and slowly add warm water while kneading the dough.
Chop three onions very finely for the cheese mixture.
Add cheese, pepper paste, olive oil, salt, and pepper flakes to the chopped onions and mix well.
Shape the dough into small balls and roll them out with flour.
Add the cheese mixture onto the rolled-out dough.
Tap a little olive oil on top of the filled dough.
