Combine baobab powder and water in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Add sugar, lime juice, and vanilla extract to the mixture; stir until dissolved.
Incorporate fruit puree and a pinch of salt into the mixture; blend well.
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding honey.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Gently pull the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy immediately.
