Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water until foamy, about 5 minutes.
Combine the yeast mixture with the flour mixture and knead until smooth.
Add sour cream and melted butter to the dough, mixing well.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, covered with a cloth.
In a separate bowl, crumble feta cheese and mix with chopped parsley and black pepper.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
Cut the dough into squares or circles, depending on preference.
Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each piece of dough.
Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges tightly.
Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with a beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
