Prepare the crust by mixing 250 g cold butter, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 cups all-purpose flour, and 1 teaspoon baking powder.

Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Grate the chilled dough and press it into a 26 cm springform pan lined with parchment paper and greased with butter.

Pre-bake the crust in a preheated oven at 170-180°C for about 15 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix 4 eggs with 200 g white sugar and 1 package vanilla sugar until fluffy and pale.

Gradually add 1 kg twaróg and 250 g mascarpone while mixing.

Add 1 package pudding mix and continue mixing until combined.

Slowly pour in 200 ml heavy cream and half a cup of mandarin juice while mixing.

Pour the cheese mixture over the pre-baked crust and spread evenly.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 120°C and bake for another 90 minutes.
