Instructions

- 4Stir in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- 5Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- 6Using a piping bag or a spoon, drop small balls of dough into the hot oil, frying until golden brown on all sides.
- 7Remove churro bites from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- 8In a bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for coating.
