Remove the rind from the ham by running your finger along the side to peel it away in one piece, leaving the fat underneath.
Score the ham in a crisscross pattern, leaving about a centimeter gap between cuts.

In a bowl, mix 120 grams of brown sugar, 100 milliliters of maple syrup, 100 grams of honey, and 35 grams of Dijon mustard to create the glaze.
Place the ham into a large roasting dish, fat side up.
Brush about a quarter of the glaze over the ham using a pastry brush.
Pour 180 milliliters of water into the roasting dish around the ham.
Wrap the ham tightly in foil and bake at 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit) for 40 minutes.
Remove the foil and re-glaze the ham, then return it to the oven uncovered for 25 minutes.
Re-glaze the ham again and bake for another 25 minutes, totaling about 1.5 hours of cooking time.
Let the ham rest for 15 minutes after removing it from the oven.
Remove the cloves from the ham using a fork before slicing.
Slice the ham into thin pieces and drizzle pan juices over the top before serving.
