Greek Yogurt Chocolate Mousse recipe

Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth.

Remove the bowl from heat and let the chocolate cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.

Add vanilla extract and salt to the egg mixture, stirring to combine.

Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture gently until fully incorporated.

In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture in three additions.

Incorporate greek yogurt until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

If desired, add brewed coffee for depth of flavor and mix well.

Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serve chilled, optionally topped with chocolate shavings or berries.
