Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, combine 2 and 1/4 cups of old fashioned rolled oats.

Blend quick oats in a food processor until it reaches a flour-like consistency to make oat flour.

In a separate bowl, combine 100% pure pumpkin, peanut butter, 2% milk, 1 egg, and 100% maple syrup.
