  • turkey breast
  • sharp cheddar cheese
  • apple slices
  • spinach

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat a panini press or grill over medium heat.
  2. 2Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  3. 3Spread honey mustard on the unbuttered side of each slice.
  4. 4Layer turkey breast, apple slices, cheddar cheese, and spinach on one slice of bread, mustard side up.
  5. 5Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
  6. 6Place the sandwich in the preheated panini press or grill.

  • 2 slices of ciabatta bread
  • 2 oz goat cheese
  • 2 oz prosciutto
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh arugula
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2Spread the goat cheese evenly on one side of each slice of ciabatta bread.
  3. 3On one slice of bread, layer the prosciutto, followed by the cranberry sauce and arugula.
  4. 4Sprinkle black pepper over the arugula, then top with the second slice of bread, cheese side down.
  5. 5Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil.
  6. 6Place the sandwich in the panini press or grill pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
