  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until combined.
  3. 3Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a loaf.
  4. 4Make a well in the center of the loaf and fill it with cream cheese.
  5. 5Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. 6Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
