Gather silicone molds for gummy bears and worms, preferably with an eye dropper for easier filling.
Lightly coat the molds with zero calorie cooking spray to help release the gummies after setting.
In a bowl, add three or four one-ounce envelopes of unflavored gelatin for firmer gummies.
Add a couple of teaspoons of crystal light to the gelatin.
Pour hot water into the bowl and whisk until everything is dissolved.
Using a dropper or small spoon, fill the molds to the top with the mixture.
For heart gummies, coat a candy mold with spray and fill with the red gelatin mixture.
For gummy worms, add an extra packet of gelatin to the sugar-free jello for more structure.
Pour hot water into the bowl with the sugar-free jello and whisk to combine.
Fill the gummy worm molds to the top with the mixture.
Refrigerate the filled molds and let the gummies set for six hours or overnight.
Once set, remove the gummies from the molds.
Fill decorative candy bags with the gummies.
