Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.

Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Add lemon juice, bourbon (if using), thyme, rosemary, and paprika.

Cook the sauce until it thickens slightly.
