Mix 120g plain flour, 40g corn flour, and 1/2 tsp salt with 220ml water until smooth.
Heat a frying pan over medium low heat and add some oil.
Pour 1 ladle of batter into the hot pan and spread it out.
Cook until the batter changes color, then flip it over.
Once it bubbles, check the color of the underside and flip it again.
Let it cook for 30 seconds more.
Prepare the egg mixture with 1 egg, 1/2 finely chopped green onion, 1 pinch white pepper, and 1 pinch salt; mix roughly.
Lift the pancake and pour in the egg mixture.
Put the pancake over the egg and cook it through.
Flip it over and add toppings: 1 handful grated cheese and 2 slices of sandwich ham.
Carefully roll the pancake and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Serve with the sauce and enjoy.
