2 tablespoons crushed chipotle peppers
2 cups water
2 tablespoons Masa instant corn flour
1/4 cup hot water
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1.5 tablespoons paprika
4.5 tablespoons homemade chili powder
3 tablespoons ancho chili powder
1.5 tablespoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2.5 tablespoons ground cumin
1.5 teaspoons all spice
