Spread tahini sauce on the inside of each pita.
Layer in lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
Add fried falafel on top of the vegetables.
Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
Garnish with chopped parsley before wrapping tightly.
Serve immediately with extra tahini sauce on the side.
