1

Cut the top off the whole pineapple.

2

Slice a ring of pineapple for garnishing and cut that piece in half, setting it aside in a bowl with a few strawberries.

3

Use a knife to poke the inside of the pineapple to make it easier to scoop out with a spoon.

4

Scoop out the pineapple flesh, being careful not to cut yourself, and reserve the scooped-out pineapple for the drink.

5

Prepare the other ingredients: cream of coconut, vodka (or Malibu coconut rum), pineapple juice, and ice.

6

In a NutriBullet or blender, add the cream of coconut, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and vodka (or rum).

7

Add ice to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

8

Fill the hollowed-out pineapple with the blended pina colada mixture, leaving an inch of space at the top.

9

Garnish the rim of the pineapple bowl with fresh strawberries and the pineapple ring.

10

Add a straw and optional additional garnishes as desired.

11

Top off the drink with whipped cream.
