Prepare two chuck roasts and set them aside.

Use mustard as a binder on both chuck roasts.

Place the chuck roasts on the grill and cook for about 2 hours, aiming for an internal temperature of 190°F.

Once the roasts reach 160°F, remove them from the grill and place them in a pan.

Add butter on top of the roasts, wrap the pan, and return it to the grill until the internal temperature reaches 190°F.

When the roasts hit 190°F, remove them from the grill and chop them into cubes.
