Prepare the Hario Switch coffee maker by warming it up and draining any excess water.

Grind coffee beans to 25 clicks using a Kante grinder for optimal extraction.

Set water temperature to 93°C for brewing.

Add 14 g of ground coffee to the filter.

Pour 50 g of water over the coffee for a blooming phase and let it steep for 30 seconds.

Open the valve and pour water to a total of 200 g, ensuring to stay centered while pouring.

Aim to finish pouring by 1 minute and 10 seconds for consistency.

Total brewing time should be around 2 minutes and 20 seconds.

Lift the valve to cut off the last drops after brewing and serve the coffee.
