Close the switch gate and then pour 50 mL of water. Let it bloom for 30 seconds.
At 00.30 open the switch gate and let all the water fully drain. Then pour 150 mL of water in the centre pour motion, finish pouring at under 01.10.
At 01.00 give your dripper a gentle swirl.
The total brew time lays between 02.00 - 02.30.
Give your carafe a good swirl and enjoy!
