Combine duck meat, onion, garlic, coriander, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, and parsley in a large bowl.
Mix in egg and bread crumbs until well incorporated.
Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
Add the duck balls to the skillet in batches, cooking until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the duck balls and set aside on a plate.
In the same skillet, add tomato sauce and chickpeas, stirring to combine.
Return the duck balls to the skillet, coating them in the sauce.
Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
