Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

Place marinated chicken legs in the air fryer.
Cook chicken legs at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
Flip chicken legs after 10 minutes and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Brush barbecue sauce on the chicken legs and cook for an additional 5 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Let the chicken legs sit for 5 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
