Add 1 cup of barbecue sauce to the water.

Rinse out the barbecue sauce bowl with a little water and add that to the Instant Pot.

Add less than 1/2 teaspoon of mustard for tang.

Seal the Instant Pot lid and set it to cook for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, release the pressure and check the chicken.

Taste the chicken to see if it needs more salt, but the creator did not add any additional salt as it was perfect.

Shred the chicken with a spoon as it is very tender.

Serve the chicken on low-carb tortillas, optionally adding cheese.
