Season the chicken with 1 teaspoon of parsley, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar bourbon seasoning, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix well.

Add olive oil and 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to the seasoned chicken.

Turn on the Instant Pot and set it to sauté mode. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, 1/2 chopped onions, and 1 teaspoon of garlic. Sauté until onions are soft and caramelized.

Add 1/2 cup of water and the seasoned chicken to the Instant Pot.

Prepare the zucchini by slicing it into thin pieces and placing it on a baking sheet.
