1 lb pork tenderloin
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)

Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.

1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes to create the glaze.

3

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

4

Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper, then sear it in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

5

Pour the garlic citrus soy glaze over the pork tenderloin in the skillet.

6

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

7

Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

8

Drizzle any remaining glaze from the skillet over the sliced pork.

9

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
