1 Cup Dry Red Wine
1 Diced Onion
3 Ribs Celery (Diced or Sliced)
2 Carrots (Chopped)
10-13 Baby Potatoes
2 Bay Leaves (Optional)
1 Sprig of Thyme
1 Sprigs of Rosemary
