Combine 200 ml milk, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 2 tablespoons cornstarch in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
Allow the pudding to cool completely.
In a bowl, mix 65 g flour, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon sugar.
In a saucepan, melt 55 g butter and bring 120 ml water to a boil.
Add the flour mixture to the boiling water and stir, cooking for 2 minutes.
Cool the mixture for 2 minutes before adding 2 eggs and mixing until smooth.
Pipe the dough into a ring shape with a 20 cm circumference.
Brush the dough with egg and sprinkle with almonds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
Whip 300 ml cream with 2 tablespoons sugar until stiff peaks form.
Fold the chilled pudding into the whipped cream until combined.
Fill the cooled pastry with the cream mixture.
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon chocolate-peanut paste and dust with powdered sugar.
Place the filled pastry in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
