Massaged Kale Salad

1 bunch massaged kale, stems removed and leaves torn into bite-sized pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Wash the kale leaves thoroughly and remove the stems.

Tear the kale into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
