Cook the Potimarron (or Butternut or Sweet Potato) until tender.

Blend the cooked Potimarron, drained and rinsed Grilled Peppers, Oat Flakes, Water, Nutritional Yeast, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Lime Juice, and Salt until smooth.

Adjust the consistency with more or less Water as desired.

If you like it spicy, add some jalapeños.
