Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1 cm thick.
Cut the dough into desired shapes using cookie cutters.
Place the cut shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven until lightly golden, about 15-20 minutes.
Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
Prepare the icing by mixing powdered sugar with water and food coloring until smooth.
Decorate the cooled cookies with icing and chocolate, then sprinkle with decorations.
