2-3 Stalks Celery, Chopped
3 Green Onions, Chopped
2-3 Cups Grapes, Halved
1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Sour Cream (or Plain Yogurt)
1-2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
Juice of One Lemon
Salt
Pepper
Handful Fresh Dill (or 1 Tsp Dried, Optional)

If you didn’t purchase prepared chicken, simply boil, bake, or grill a couple of chicken breasts until done at 165 degrees.

Allow chicken to cool to handle, then dice into preferred size.

In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, fresh squeezed lemon and add one Tablespoon of brown sugar.

Taste and add another tablespoon if so desired (we routinely use 2 Tablespoons).

Add a pinch of salt and pepper, and dill if using.

Once you’re happy with the flavor, chop celery, green onions, and grapes and add to the dressing.

Toss in the chicken and slivered almonds and mix well.

Allow chicken salad to chill for several hours or even overnight.

Serve on literally anything - or eat it straight up!
