200g granulated sugar

1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth and well incorporated.

Grease a round cake pan (approximately 9 inches) and pour the batter into the pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
