Green Goddess Salad

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1/2 cup chopped celery leaves
3 tablespoons chopped chives
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Pinch of Salt
black pepper to taste
Half a cabbage head chopped
3 tablespoons green pepper diced
1 Apple diced
1 teaspoon dry parsley

Prepare the salad dressing by combining mayonnaise, plain yoghurt, chopped celery leaves, chopped chives, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix well until smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, diced green pepper, diced apple, and dry parsley.

Pour the salad dressing over the greens and toss to combine.

Serve with toasted tortillas on the side.
