Dissolve 8 g of fresh yeast in 100 ml of warm water in a bowl.

Add 250 g of flour and a pinch of salt to the bowl and mix.

Incorporate the water with the yeast and 50 ml of sunflower oil into the mixture and mix well.

Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead until smooth.

Grease a bowl with a small amount of oil, place the dough in it, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest until it doubles in size.

Once the dough has doubled in size, pour it into a 26 x 26 cm mold lined with parchment paper.

Stretch the dough with your hands and form a slight border on top.

Sprinkle 100 g of flour evenly over the dough and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes at 180°C with heat from top and bottom.

Using a fork, stir the flour that will be toasted after baking.

Once baked, drizzle with 150 g of warm honey to make it more liquid and mix it with the toasted flour.
