AWARD WINNING PUDDING COOKIES: A family favorite for 3 generations & perfect for the holiday season!

In a separate bowl, mix 3 and 1/3 cups flour with 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add 1 and 1/2 cups of softened butter.

Add 1 cup of firm dark brown sugar and 1/2 cup of white sugar to the mixing bowl.

Add a box of vanilla instant pudding (6 servings) to the mixing bowl.

Add 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring to the mixing bowl.

Mix all ingredients in the mixing bowl until smooth.

Add 3 eggs to the mixture and beat until smooth.

Slowly add the flour and baking soda mixture to the wet ingredients until combined, about a cup or cup and a half at a time.

Portion out the cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the cookies for approximately 10 minutes.
