2 tsp Cinnamon powder

Preheat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grease 9 inch Bread baking tray with oil.

Mix dry ingredients - salt, baking soda, cinnamon powder, brown sugar.

Now add mixture of dry ingredients and whisk well.

Add in flour in parts and combine.
