juice of half a lemon/lime
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 dry red chilli
1 & 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 to 3 tablespoons mustard oil
1 teaspoon panch phoron
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
