In a bowl, mix 140 g cream cheese, 25 g granulated sugar, and 1 egg yolk until smooth.
In a saucepan, combine 100 g favorite berries, 20 g granulated sugar, and 6 g cornstarch. Cook on the stove for a few minutes until thickened. Let cool.
Roll out 800 g thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Cut the dough into 10 cm squares.
Create your favorite pastry shapes with the squares.
Brush the pastry shapes with egg wash.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 18-20 minutes.
