Instructions
- 1Boil water in a large pot.

- 5Gradually whisk in milk, stirring until thickened.
- 6Remove from heat and add cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
- 7Combine cheese sauce with drained macaroni and mix well.
- 8Transfer to a baking dish and top with bread crumbs.
- 9Bake in a preheated oven until golden and bubbly.
- 10Let cool slightly before serving.

- ●Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- 2In another bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
- 3Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- 4Dip each chicken piece first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- 5Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- 6Once the oil is hot, carefully add the chicken bites in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
- 7Fry the chicken bites for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 8Remove the chicken bites from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- 9Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
