Prepare your workspace with waxed paper over a cutting board.

Melt 4 ounces of white chocolate in the microwave.

Assemble 7 skewers with 3 marshmallows on each skewer by inserting the skewer into the center of each marshmallow.

Pull apart the Twizzler slices and leave a fourth inch attached to the end of the skewer to act as the sparkler's flame.

Twirl a little bit of melted white chocolate around the edge of each marshmallow to prevent them from sliding down the skewer.

Drizzle white chocolate over each marshmallow and then sprinkle with red, white, and blue sprinkles.

Insert the pulled-apart Twizzler on top of the marshmallow skewer.

Place the decorated marshmallows in a mason jar to keep them upright.
