In a pan, add 4 cups of milk and heat it on the stove.
In a small bowl, mix 8 tablespoons of vanilla custard powder with 0.5 cups of milk until smooth, ensuring no lumps remain.
Once the milk starts to boil, add 10 tablespoons of sugar and stir.
Gradually add the custard mixture to the boiling milk while continuously stirring to avoid lumps.
Check the sweetness and adjust if necessary. Once thickened, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence for flavor.
Prepare 200 grams of pineapple for layering by cutting it into pieces.
In a separate bowl, prepare 200 grams of pineapple puree by blending it until smooth.
Take 200 grams of fresh cream and whisk it until soft peaks form, then add the pineapple puree and mix well.
Add a few drops of yellow food color to the cream mixture and mix until the desired color is achieved.
Crush the digestive biscuits in a plastic bag until fine and mix with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Grease a dish lightly and press the biscuit mixture into the bottom to form a base.
Pour the prepared custard over the biscuit base and smooth it out evenly.
Layer the pineapple pieces on top of the custard.
Add another layer of custard over the pineapple pieces and then top with the pineapple cream mixture.
Smooth the top layer and use a piping bag to decorate with additional pineapple cream.
Chill the trifle in the fridge before serving.
