Roasted Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower (about 750g)
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chilli powder or chilli flakes
salt and freshly ground black pepper
lemon juice from half of lemon

Preheat the oven to 425 F (220 C).

Cut the cauliflower into florets.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, smoked paprika, turmeric, chilli powder or flakes, salt, and pepper.

Toss the cauliflower florets in the mixture until well coated.

Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet.

Roast in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, stirring from time to time.
