Roasted Cauliflower

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
1 large head of cauliflower

Remove the germ from the garlic and crush it over a large bowl.

Add lemon zest and lemon juice to the bowl, followed by salt and pepper.

Whisk in the olive oil and set aside.

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove the large florets from the cauliflower, cutting any larger florets in half to create a flat surface.

Place the cauliflower pieces into the dressing and toss to coat.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Lay any flat pieces cut side down on the baking sheet.

Roast the cauliflower for about 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and toss the cauliflower.

Check if the cauliflower is ready to be flipped when the first side is nice and golden.

Place the cauliflower back into the oven and let cook for another 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked through.
