Roasted Cauliflower

1 large head of cauliflower
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup yogurt

Turn on the oven to 425 degrees.

Clean the cauliflower by running water over it.

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower.

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and slice or dice the stem.

Mix the cauliflower florets with coconut oil, turmeric, paprika, cumin, coriander, and salt evenly.

Prepare for the oven and place the cauliflower in for about 30 minutes, checking depending on the size of the florets.

After about 32 minutes, remove the cauliflower from the oven.

Serve the roasted cauliflower on a platter, dressing it up with black pepper, a drizzle of yogurt, and an extra dash of paprika.
