Break down the medium-sized cauliflower into florets, cutting larger ones into smaller sizes to ensure even cooking.

Grate the garlic into a plastic storage bag.

Add about 4 tablespoons of olive oil to the bag, eyeballing the amount.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt into the bag.

Add the cauliflower florets into the bag and shake well to coat them evenly.

Add 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese into the bag and shake again to distribute the cheese.

Dump the coated cauliflower into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle some pepper across the top of the cauliflower.
