Cut pork into three quarter inch wide pieces and add to a large mixing bowl.
Add pickled red pepper preserves to the meat.
Season the meat with seasoning salt, garlic powder, paprika, and salt, then mix until combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour or overnight.
Prepare three shallow bowls for breading: one with all-purpose flour, one with an egg mixture (2 eggs, juice from half a lemon, 2 tablespoons milk, half teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon sea salt), and one with plain bread crumbs.
Beat the egg mixture until well combined.
Thread the marinated meat pieces onto 10-inch wooden skewers, adding pickled sweet pepper preserves between some pieces if desired.
Dredge the skewers in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and roll in bread crumbs.
Heat enough sunflower oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat to cover the bottom.
Saute the breaded skewers for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned and the thickest part of the meat reaches 165°F.
Serve warm, optionally warming them in the oven before serving.
