Recipe Tutorial: No Bake Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake

Process 25 Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.

Add 1/4 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter to the food processor and mix until wet.

Line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper and press the Oreo mixture into the bottom to form the crust.

Chop peanut butter cups and sprinkle them over the crust.

In a mixing bowl, combine 8 oz cream cheese and 1 cup icing sugar and mix until combined.

Add 1/2 cup melted chocolate and 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter to the cream cheese mixture and mix until combined.

Fold in 1 cup whipped cream gently to avoid deflating it.

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth it out with a spatula.

Chill the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.
