300g bean sprouts
100g beef
2 teaspoons soy sauce (for beef seasoning)
1 teaspoon sugar (for beef seasoning)
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (for beef seasoning)

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (for beef seasoning)
3 tablespoons soy sauce (for seasoning sauce)
100g green onion (for seasoning sauce)
2 stalks chives (for seasoning sauce)
1 red chili (for seasoning sauce)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for seasoning sauce)

Wash the rice and soak it. Drain the washed rice and cover it with a damp cloth for about 30 minutes.

Prepare the bean sprouts by trimming the roots and cutting the long ones in half. Wash them and place in a pot with a pinch of salt and 1 cup of water. Cover and boil. Once it boils, turn off the heat and let it sit for 1 minute.

Slice the beef into thin strips about 3cm long and season it.

Cook the rice. In a thick-bottomed pot, add the rice and pour in 350ml of water. Bring it to a boil and stir with a spatula.

When the water level decreases, add the seasoned beef and mix with a spatula, then let it steam.

Mix the bean sprouts with a pinch of salt and sesame oil. Combine all the ingredients for the seasoning sauce.

Once the rice is steamed, add the mixed bean sprouts and stir. Increase the heat to evaporate excess moisture, then serve in a bowl with the seasoning sauce.
